The Company overview tab gives the user key financial and statistical information about the company’s main areas of operations. This data includes company-wide timesheet information, hours as they compare to the budget, absence and key performance indicators among others.
We can start by looking at the Hours Overview. Much like the hour overview at project level, this report shows the status, amount of hours logged, their corresponding date and the amount of hours worked and billable hours. Unlike the report at project level, this report shows information about logged hours across all the projects in the company. Like the same report at a project level, it can be sorted by project, status and so on.
The Absence tab shows two different overviews of the total absences in the company. The first view available is the calendar overview. Like in the Project Plan the calendar is split into weeks and the corresponding dates to each week can be seen by hovering the mouse pointer over the week number:
The different absence types can be seen on the right above the calendar. The different absence categories are divided in color codes:

The absence report option allows you to sort out the different types of absence leaves based on category. The absence types can be defined on a company level under setup > absence types
This tab allows the user to see the status of timesheets in Moment. In the picture below you will see a list consisting of employees along with the status of their respective timesheets. The column on the right shows the date for the last hour registration they have made. On the left marked in red you can see the last date their hours were locked.
This list is connected to the following functionality:
This function, as the name suggests, allows to lock the timesheets either for selected employees or for all of them. Be aware that the employees will be not be allowed to register hours on the specified dates. Other users with sufficient access rights can overwrite these settings.
This tab shows key hour and vacation balance statistics for each employee. This tab also shows the balance for the company as a whole.
This tabs show the balances grouped by overtime categories and vacation:
By clicking on one employee, or marking all of them, you are able to transfer vacation and hour balance from one year to the other:
These balances can also be edited manually by clicking on the opening balance of each employee:
It is worth noticing that rightmost column shows the value of the time balance in currency. Clicking in the months, will take you to the employee's time balance page:
This report show billable hours per employee, absences paid and unpaid and the rate of billable hours. Like other reports in Moment, it can be downloaded to excel and as a PDF.
This option gives you the possibility to attach files that might be relevant for the employees of the company with adequate access. This is simple and quick to use, as you can see in this gif:
This gives the option to see the status for integration with other programs such as accounting software like Tripletex, powerofficeGO and similar. This tab is enabled only if you have integrations active in Moment.
The search field on the top right corner allows you to search either for especific keywords or invoice/customer numbers that for some reason have not been exported. You can read more about how to re-export invoices that have failed in this article:
