Contacts and mailing lists
Moment will treat defined in contacts as entities of their own, meaning that contacts that you have defined on a customer will be able to be moved to other customers (if the person represents several companies) along with being able to be tagged and classified as other entities in the program, such as invoices and projects.
This offers more flexibility and allows for fewer cases of duplicate contacts in the program. This will also open for extended functionality in the future.
For now, this has some implications when creating a new customer and its contacts

Above can you see the new fields marked in red.
"Global" : means that this same contact will be able to be used as a contact person in other customers and projects
"Employed": refers to the date of duration of the employment for the relevant contact.
"New contact" means that this person will be added to the program as a brand new contact person that does not exist in the database.
You can also tag the contact person through the scroll-menu in the field "tags"
When we set the contact person as "Global" we can then easily add them to other projects. This is done by choosing "add existing contact" instead of "new contact"

Because contacts are now treated as own entities, it is much easier to create both reports and e-mail lists based on the contact information. First, you can now create a report based on contact persons in Moment. This is now available under Customer > Customer contacts > Report

mailing lists allow you to retrieve the e-mail adresses of all your contacts in Moment. This makes it easier to send e-mails to customer in masse, and will allow you to improve communication directly from Moment.
E-mail lists are a functionality available to PRO customers
Mailing lists are activated through Setup > Settings > General

This will open a new module in Moment that can be found in customers > mailing lists

From here, you will be able to retreive the e-mail adresses for the selected contacts. These addresses can then be copied over to your e-mail client of choice and used to send e-mails to the selected customers.
