DK

Icelandic business system.

DK is an Icelandic business system that also includes accounting. Moment offers a file export of invoices. DK s created as a global template, see more about this here.

Export configuration

Configuration of export is to be done following the standard configuration.

DK does not have any settings that can be set when configuring to use this, but as there are options in what is to be sent, it can be done by making edits to the global template before saving the customer template.

Product codes

DK often use product codes for all postings. That means it must be possible to connect role (from co-worker) to a financial account. This can be solved as follows.

Go to the setup page for bookkeeping accounts (Setup > Accounting > Bookkeeping accounts). Create a new account for each role. Set the account number you want in the "Account number" field and the product number from DK in the "External revenue class" field. Define the VAT percentage and Peppol VAT code. It's also possible to write an account name that can be used to describe what product the accounts is for.

When making invoices, select the correct account to be used by selecting that for each invoice line. The export will transfer the value stored in external revenue class (DK product number) for each row.

Go to Export template, and create a customer template based on the existing global template. Choose DK from list. Give it a name by your choice and save. See more information here.
