Moment offers real-time integration to a wide range of external systems. Most of these are accounting systems, but there are ERP, CRM and cloud storage to name some other.
All of our integrations are following the same basic flow of data between Moment and the external system
The most typical data transferred are as can be seen above customers, projects, invoices and project expenses.
Customers are transferred automatically upon saving changes or creating new customers in Moment.
Projects are transferred automatically upon saving changes or creating new projects in Moment.
Invoices are transferred automatically upon finalizing these.
Project expenses are gathered from the external system on various intervals. This differs from systemt to system as to what they support. Where possible, we get this when they are posted to the general ledger, if not we pull new transactions multiple times during the workday.
